Why an Operator Built This

I've run a PA home care agency for over a decade.

Every one of these fraud detection modules traces back to the same three sources: what DOJ already found, what CMS already flagged, and the gaps and vulnerabilities I see in the system. I'm not guessing at where the gaps are — running an agency inside this system gave me a direct view of them.
